All service and mechanical systems in this home are served by houm’s unique digitally-fabricated core system, decreasing the space needed to support these areas and increasing the amount of clear floor space.
Off-site construction was used for most major elements, greatly reducing the time and cost needed to complete the home, while improving quality.
